Responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities

  • Utilize expertise in programming languages and database management systems (e.g., Python and SQL) to analyze complex datasets and generate insightful reports that enhance client finance operations.
  • Implement system configurations and develop finance-specific solutions that automate processes, improve data integrity, and support operational efficiency.
  • Design and create scripts and tools to automate routine tasks, focusing on optimizing finance operations—employ libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation.
  • Develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs using modern frameworks for seamless integration with financial systems and third-party applications, ensuring robust data exchange capabilities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, effectively driving standardization and cost-efficiency in finance processes.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies by supporting leadership in creating tailored technical solutions that align with market demands and enhance client-service delivery


Qualifications

Mandatory technical & functional skills

  • Proficient in Python for advanced data processing and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for database management and querying.
  • Experience in creating RESTful APIs using Flask, Django REST Framework, or FastAPI.
  • Understanding of deploying applications in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
  • Expertise in software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
