Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a talented and driven Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team in Indore. You will be involved in the complete software development lifecycle, working on both the client-side and server-side of our web applications. Your responsibilities will encompass designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust and scalable solutions. You will leverage your expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and other relevant technologies to build high-quality web :

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable web applications, working across the entire technology stack (frontend, backend, and database).
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements1 gathering, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and implement efficient database schemas using MongoDB and/or SQL based on project requirements.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security measures.
• Optimize backend performance and ensure responsiveness of applications.
• Integrate backend services with frontend components and third-party APIs.
• Develop user-friendly and responsive user interfaces using React.js and core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) for complex React applications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize frontend performance for speed and scalability.
• Write unit and integration tests for frontend components.
• Design, implement, and manage databases using MongoDB (NoSQL) and/or SQL (Relational) based on project needs.
• Write efficient database queries and optimize database performance.
• Ensure data integrity and security.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack.
• Identify root causes of bugs and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and identify potential issues.
• Effectively communicate technical ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Collaborate actively within an Agile development environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to technical discussions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development, particularly within the MERN stack and related areas.
• Proactively seek opportunities to learn and improve your technical skills.
• Utilize Git for version control, branching, merging, and code management.

Qualifications

Mandatory :

• Strong experience (2-6 years) in Back-End Web Development using Node.js and related technologies.
• Solid experience (2-6 years) in Software Development with a focus on building web applications.
• Proven proficiency in Node.js and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Good understanding of Front-End Development concepts and core web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Practical experience working with databases such as MongoDB and SQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and associated workflows.
