Job Description
- Role Profile- Automation Service Manager
- Years in Support or Service management Role- 5-10 years
- Total years of exp- 12-18 years
- JOB Description-
- The individual should be experienced in stakeholder management, Running the stakeholders with estate performance reviews covering various issues, incidents, problem records and change requests ongoing in their estate.
- Take up service improvements to bring value to business areas. Experienced in presenting, reporting to senior stakeholders, running triage calls during High severity incidents.
- Should have experience leading or working in application, infra support functions preferably RPA using UiPath or Blue prism etc.
- should be able to share instances of service improvements and related achievements. Should have worked meeting SLAs and KPIs
- Good to have:
- Current Automation technologies and trends in Automation (Understanding of AI & ML sciences)
- Knowhow around various Automation tools.
- Understanding of ITIL processes (incident mgmt. Problem and change mgmt.)
- Business trends in usage of automation technologies and tools.
