Role Overview:
We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design, secure, and scale our cloud-native infrastructure. The role involves managing Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code, while embedding security across the entire software lifecycle to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance of AI-driven applications.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design, secure, and scale our cloud-native infrastructure. The role involves managing Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code, while embedding security across the entire software lifecycle to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance of AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage secure, scalable AWS infrastructure.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) with integrated security scanning.
- Manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) with best-practice hardening.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security checks (Trivy, Snyk, Semgrep).
- Enforce IAM least-privilege, encryption, and vulnerability management.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure with tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or ELK.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize cost/resource usage.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment and release processes.
- 3+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering, including 1+ year in Security Operations.
- Strong hands-on AWS expertise (IAM, VPC, networking).
- 3+ years of Kubernetes/EKS experience (deployments, security, RBAC, policies).
- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Proficiency in Terraform/CloudFormation and Docker security best practices.
- Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or Go).
- Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
- Familiarity with runtime security tools (Falco, AppArmor, Seccomp).
- Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
- Database operations (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Exposure to serverless (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
- AI/ML deployment pipeline experience (nice-to-have).
- Work on cutting-edge AI, voice, and automation technologies.
- Collaborate with a world-class engineering team.
- Own systems end-to-end — from design to deployment at scale.
