Additional Parameters

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications for IDFC FIRST Bank's digital channels, including web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing codebase to enhance performance and user experience
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions for business needs
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of the development process and team productivity

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a software developer, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
  • Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus
  • Familiarity with database management and SQL
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
  • Passion for delivering high-quality and user-friendly software solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
