- Desktop OS and Third-Party Patch Compliance.
- AV Related issues and Compliance.
- Call logging and follow up with different OEM's.
- Printer Issues.
- New Hardware / Software Installations.
- Inventory Management.
- Daily Call MIS.
- Service Window – 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- 6 Days a week.
- Good communication and ability to deliver from day one.
- Understanding on SLA Mgmt., Monthly MIS.
- Self-driven and leadership qualities. Support Location - Belapur
