Qualifications And Skills
- Troubleshooting (Mandatory skill): Demonstrable ability to identify and resolve various technical issues efficiently.
- Technical Support (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in providing technical assistance and support to end-users.
- Help Desk Support (Mandatory skill): Practical experience in managing and addressing help desk tickets effectively.
- Hardware maintenance: Expertise in maintaining and repairing hardware components and peripherals.
- Software installation: Knowledge in installing, configuring, and updating software applications.
- Network configuration: Proficiency in setting up and managing network configurations, including Wi-Fi and LAN.
- IT Support: Ability to provide comprehensive IT support, including responding to breakdowns and system errors.
- Provide technical support for desktop and laptop users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets related to technical problems and user queries.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems.
- Set up and configure network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Offer guidance and support to users for any technical difficulties they encounter.
- Document all technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT support and desktop management.
