You’ll Thrive In This Role If You
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
- Possess prior experience in servers, storage & backup, and handling technical support calls
- Know how to install OS, basic software, and printers
- Have troubleshooting and monitoring know-how
- Are able to communicate through emails and calls
- Have knowledge on Networking (Switches , Routers, Load Balancer) and Security (Antivirus, Firewall)
- Strong desktop management and knowledge
- Can debug issues and communicate assistance
- Take pride in taking ownership and driving projects to business impact
