Job Description
Our company needs an experienced Desktop Support Engineer, who has experience in desktop troubleshooting. Engineer should have minimum 1 years of experience in IT field.
- At least 1yr of experience as Desktop support.
- Knowledge of replacing hardware and parts as required.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
- Knowledge of outlook configuration, troubleshooting and windows installation
- Should have positive attitude and ability to learn new things.
- Provide technical support/services to users at customer premises.
- Installation / configuration of e-mail clients
- Troubleshooting issues related to standard office software (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
- Should have knowledge of Windows 10 &11 operating systems and familiar with MAC and Linux operating system.
- Troubleshoot problems with Laptop Hardware, Application, printers and OS
- Responsible for the implementation, support, administration and management of windows workstations and servers.
- Should handle installation and configuration of Antivirus Software on all the Desktops and Updating of Anti-Virus patches.
- Take backup of crashed drive.
