Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and efficient desktop support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications and operating systems.
- Collaborate with network engineers to ensure seamless connectivity and resolve network-related issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on desktop systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades as needed.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all support activities and solutions provided.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in desktop support to enhance overall efficiency.
