Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network infrastructure to ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for users in a timely manner.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Provide end-user training and handholding support to help users effectively utilize IT resources.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to address and resolve any IT-related challenges.
- Document and maintain records of IT issues, resolutions, and training provided.
- Ensure adherence to company IT policies and best practices.
- MCA/B.Tech/BE/Diploma in IT or Computer Science.
- 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and network troubleshooting.
