We are seeking qualified candidates Design specialist in the Communications team. The individual will play an important role in supporting Honeywell’s communications programs in India. The role is based in Bangalore and reports to the communications leader working closely with the broader Communications team.

The individual will work closely with the business and communications team members in positioning Honeywell, internally and externally and tell our story in a consistent and visually engaging way..

What We Are Looking For

As a Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging content across different mediums. You will work closely with the Communication team members to ensure that all designs are aligned with our brand guidelines and business goals. Your role will require a blend of creativity, technical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design visual content for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with communications team to create cohesive designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Ability to use an inhouse recording studio for video shoots, podcasts and editing
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Present design concepts and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback and project requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines..
• Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in a design role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity..
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment..
