Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Accounting Oversight: Manage the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial statement preparation.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth and profitability. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including those specific to the stock broking industry. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics.

- Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
