Designation : Deputy Team Leader cum Project Management Expert

Experience : Min 20 Years and at least 10 years of experience working in leadership roles on ADB, World Bank, or other IFI-financed projects in India.

Qualification : A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is essential, along with a master's degree in water resources. A degree in project management or business administration would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities on The Project:

• Support the team leader in leading and coordinating international and national consultants to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all project outputs.
• Oversee day-to-day project implementation, in coordination with the client, implementing agencies, donor organization and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, identify risks or bottlenecks, and propose timely and effective solutions in coordination with team leader.
• Coordinate activity scheduling, including various aspects of the project to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders, including government agencies, development partners, and other engaged firms or NGOs.
• Lead formal and informal capacity building activities for client and stakeholder agencies.
• Contribute to project reporting, including monthly and quarterly progress reports, annual reports, technical notes, memos, and the project completion report.
