Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities

Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the area assigned.

  •  Credit appraisal for BL & Doctor Loans files for the assigned location
  •  Keeping delinquency under control
  •  Compliance of policy and processes
  •  Reporting of location metrics like Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, Deviation on monthly basis as per prescribed format
  •  Market Research and Feedback for new product launch.
  •  Feed back on credit policy based on market conditions.


Required Qualifications And Experience

Chartered Accountant /MBA Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

 Has worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in unsecured high ticket size loans

 Positive attitude and team player
