- Industry Background Sheet Metal Fabrication / Auto components manufacturing / Axle Manufacturing etc.
- Plan, Monitor, operate and control the plant operations of Sheet Metal components / Final Product in Manufacturing area.
- Operation involves Shearing/Plasma cutting/Forming / Trimming / Machining / Welding /CED Painting/Drilling special operations area for Fifth wheel coupling/Assembly/Axle Suspension.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes of Sheet metal / Casting / Forging, Assembly of components and child parts. Manufacturing of Axle Suspension.
- Able to design and implement system and various processes for manufacturing set up.
- Knowledge of Process, process parameter / control plan and adherence of the same.
- Able to guide the team for overall plant OEE improvement.
- Knowledge of working of Paint Shop / Shot Blasting operations.
- Knowledge of Quality defects, root cause analysis and troubleshooting improvements.
- Monitor and control consumable cost for cost effective manufacturing.
- Production planning / Resource Planning and Resource Allocation
- Documentation and MIS Generation
- Able to co-ordinate with all the stake holder relating to the role expectation.
