- Manage monthly payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement in adherence to tax regulations.
- Oversee payroll data entry, including timekeeping, salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions, while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- Process salary for off-roll employees using advanced Excel techniques.
- Handle full & final settlements and address payroll-related queries from employees and vendors.
- Resolve employee payroll concerns related to taxation, reimbursements, and salary, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR practices, labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to close compliance gaps and mitigate risks.
- Manage compliance programs, create and update policy documents, and liaise with the legal team to resolve compliance cases.
- Maintain records, submit reports, and attend inspections under prevailing labor laws.
- Lead compliance audits and organize training workshops on compliance-related matters.
- Generate monthly MIS reports on compliance status.
- Monitor manpower vendor compliances
- Ensure a healthy and hygienic office environment, managing security, housekeeping, and facility operations.
- Supervise office supply management, office design, interior fit-outs, and liaise with property management for daily operations.
- Play a key role in the implementation of the HRIS system, overseeing data migration, training HR teams, and improving reporting efficiency.
