Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household) to join our Retail Banking team at our Ahmadnagar branch. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers in the household segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers in the household segment and acquire new accounts through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and door-to-door sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase their engagement with the bank's products and services
  • Conduct regular customer visits and provide personalized solutions based on their financial needs
  • Achieve individual and team targets for customer acquisition, revenue generation, and cross-selling of banking products
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay updated with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while carrying out job responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
