Job Summary

As a Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household) at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory. You will be a part of the branch banking team and will report to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
• Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable banking solutions
• Cross-sell and upsell various retail banking products and services to existing customers to deepen the relationship and increase revenue
• Achieve individual and team targets for customer acquisition, revenue generation, and product penetration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Stay updated with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient customer service delivery
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while carrying out job responsibilities
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in local language and English
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services
• Basic knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
