Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Current Account) to join our Retail Banking team at our Bhopal branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new current account customers and maintaining strong relationships with them. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of sales and relationship management in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new current account customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend suitable current account products and services
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the bank
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell other banking products and services
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitors' offerings to provide competitive solutions to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM software
  • Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance policies

Qualifications
