Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Current Account) at our Bhopal branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new current account customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This role requires a strong sales and relationship management background, along with a deep understanding of current account products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new current account customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing current account customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • Cross-sell other banking products and services to current account customers to increase revenue and deepen relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the bank
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to provide a seamless banking experience to customers
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry
