IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Corporate Salary). As a member of our Retail Banking department, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with corporate clients in the Pune, Maharashtra area.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for the bank's salary account services
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients to increase business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends to management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of corporate banking products and services
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
