Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective measures
- Provide HSE guidance and support to all levels of the organization, including training and awareness programs
- Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and resolution of HSE-related incidents
- Stay updated with changes in HSE regulations and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE requirements into project plans and operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-10 years of experience in HSE management within the Oil & Gas industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
- Proven track record of implementing safety programs and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
