As the Deputy General Manager - Business Development, your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities in the Oil and Gas industry
- Leading the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry leaders
- Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business development initiatives
- Negotiating and closing business deals to achieve revenue targets
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of business development activities
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on business development progress
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in the Oil and Gas industry
- Demonstrated success in leading business development initiatives and achieving substantial growth targets
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans
- Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline (preferred)
