Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Delphix Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Test Data Management (TDM), focusing on data de-identification, masking, and synthetic data generation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with Delphix and a minimum of 5 years overall in TDM tools and technologies.

You will play a critical role in enabling secure, compliant, and scalable test data provisioning for QA, development, and UAT environments, while aligning with business needs for rapid and safe delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and optimize Test Data Management (TDM) solutions using Delphix, including data masking, data virtualization, and data subsetting.
• Design and execute data de-identification strategies for sensitive data (PII/PHI/PCI) in accordance with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Develop and maintain synthetic data generation strategies to supplement or replace production data in lower environments.
• Align with business stakeholders and QA teams to understand test data requirements and integrate solutions with development/test lifecycles.
• Configure Delphix data templates, masking jobs, and policies for a variety of enterprise applications and data sources.
• Automate TDM processes and optimize test data refresh cycles to support faster turnaround and continuous integration.
• Monitor Delphix environments, troubleshoot performance and configuration issues, and ensure operational stability.
• Support integration of TDM processes into CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless provisioning of data for automated testing (optional).
• Document TDM processes, data flow designs, and masking strategies in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Participate in audits, compliance checks, and governance forums for data privacy and security best practices.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Test Data Management tools in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Delphix, particularly in data masking, data de-identification, and virtual data environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with synthetic data generation, including rule-based and model-driven data creation.
• Familiarity with enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) and relational data models.
• Strong understanding of data security, privacy laws, and industry regulations related to sensitive data handling.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
