Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
As an SAP APO/IBP Consultant, you will develop custom applications, manage critical situations, and ensure high-quality deliverables in global implementations. You will align business processes with current or future SAP IBP systems, conduct workshops, and write functional and configuration documents. Responsibilities include mapping and configuring processes for modules like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP, integrating with SAP/non-SAP systems, and engaging effectively with project managers, team members, and clients. The role demands proactive problem-solving, thorough documentation, and competent development within the team.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3–6 years relevant industry experience
- Cross-functional expertise: Production Planning, Sales & Distribution, BW, Materials Management
- In-depth knowledge of IBP master data types and Planning Area configuration
- Proficient in Demand Planning, Forecast Models, Analysis, Alerts, Promotion/Lifecycle Planning
- Strong Supply Planning knowledge: heuristics/optimizer, capacity planning, master data setup
- Experience configuring Planning Area, Planning views, EPM formatting, and operator usage
- Hands-on HCI (Hana Cloud Integration) experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of AGILE methodology
- Proven ability to write technical specification documents
- Experienced with peer-reviewed documentation
- Experience in both small and large teams
- Knowledge of ITIL service management processes
- Familiar with ITSM tools and methodologies
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
- Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata
- 24*7 including night shift as per business requirements
