As a Delivery Manager, you will work directly with Google’s customers and various stakeholders in Google Cloud to shape up transformation programs. You will provide thought leadership, delivery management, consulting, and technical skills to customer engagements while working with Google's cross-functional executives and technical leaders to oversee the planning and deployment of solutions via Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will also work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams in establishing synergies around delivery consistency and asset development. You will also be managing a team of architects and consultants who will be part of GCP engagements pre-sales and delivery.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Experience in program management in environments using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with people management.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time as required.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Experience in account management, client service, or management consulting, which includes working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party teams to deliver cloud-centric solutions.
- Experience planning and delivering cloud solutions in public cloud environments like Google Cloud Platform, or in hybrid environments.
- Ability to navigate in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of Customer Engagement Suite (CES)/Contact Center AI (CCAI)-focused programs and offerings, including the development of reusable assets and enablement of Google Cloud Solutions to support global pre-sales efforts.
- Oversee CES/CCAI engagements, ensuring benefit realization through effective coordination, capability enablement, and change management across delivery teams.
- Manage communications with all stakeholders such as technical and business, provide transparency across the engagement, progress against outcomes and timely updates.
- Build a Delivery team, across functions to break down problems and enable delivery by creating clarity from ambiguity, structuring to maximize value and remaining open minded to pivot if needed.
- Define criteria for control an management of deliveries/engagements, advocate delivery and process excellence, seek and implement continuous improvements.
