Job Title: Program Manager – Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager – AI with 15+ years of industry experience, including significant exposure to managing complex, cross-functional AI and data science programs. This role will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and governance of AI initiatives that drive innovation, operational efficiency, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple AI/ML projects and programs across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Define program roadmaps, success metrics, and governance models for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and product leaders to prioritize and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Drive program execution using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethical AI standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure program performance and business impact.
• Mentor project managers and contribute to building a high-performing AI delivery organization.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5+ years in AI/ML or advanced analytics domains.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI programs with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Expertise in Agile/SAFe frameworks and program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent certifications preferred.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI strategy development and enterprise AI adoption.
• Familiarity with MLOps, data governance, and model lifecycle management.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive change in a matrixed organization.
• Exposure to industry-specific AI use cases (e.g., financial services, healthcare, manufacturing).
