In this role you will successfully deliver projects across Cloud, Security, Data, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.

What will I be doing?

  • Facilitating Scrum events, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Coaching the development team in Agile practices and Scrum framework.
  • Ensuring the Scrum team follows the agreed-upon processes and practices.
  • Removing impediments or obstacles that hinder the team's progress, allowing them to focus on their tasks.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Helping the Product Owner prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the most valuable items are worked on first.
  • Tracking team performance and metrics
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and obstacles.
  • Implementing and improving delivery processes and methodologies

What will I bring to the role?

  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects end-to-end in a similar role
  • Leadership skills - lead a project end to end
  • Ideally experience in delivering cloud, data, security, or power platform projects
  • Agile certification and/or experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop and build relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Confident communicator
  • Commercial awareness
  • Eligibility to go through the Security Clearance process

What is needed to do the role?

  • Relevant certifications in Agile and/or Scrum
