As a Debt Manager, you will be responsible for managing the flows of personal loans within the Ahmedabad, Gujarat region. This is a full-time position with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Manager to join our Retail Banking team. As a Debt Manager, you will be responsible for managing the flows of personal loans within the Ahmedabad, Gujarat region. This is a full-time position with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of personal loan flows, including lead generation, application processing, and disbursement
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate loan solutions
- Conduct credit assessments and risk analysis to determine loan eligibility and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications
- - Monitor and track loan performance and take necessary actions to minimize delinquency and defaults
- - Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify opportunities for business growth
- - Provide regular reports and analysis to management on loan portfolio and performance.
