Assist the database consultant in converting the pdf to excel or word so they can add value faster.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Setting up vessels, machinery in database

Upload all date in CSV from the manuals as per the required data

Check all uploaded CSV (Excel files) in the database

Correct all data which requires correction Produce monthly update record

• Able to demonstrate relevant experience in similar roles, as well as competent IT skills in MS Excel/Word and web based database usage.
• Good communication skills and an ability to interact with clients and colleagues comfortably is required, as well as being well organized with a systematic working style
• Fluent in English and business English writing skills
• Good experience is managing responding to emails as well as effective in communicating with clients over phone and in person
• Any degree with proficiency in MD Office
