Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Interacts with product, service, and clinical teams to identify opportunities and challenges for AI-driven solutions; designs and develops Generative AI models, machine learning algorithms, and AI agents to analyze, cleanse, and integrate large-scale healthcare data; derives and communicates actionable insights to stakeholders; and takes ownership and accountability for end-to-end model development, deployment, and performance to enhance patient outcomes, product innovation, and client success.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced Generative AI and machine learning solutions for healthcare data analytics.
- Build and optimize AI agents to automate clinical and operational workflows.
- Consolidate, process, and analyze large, diverse, and unstructured healthcare datasets.
- Translate data into insights that enhance patient care, decision-making, and product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, clinicians, and engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Take ownership and accountability of end-to-end model development, deployment, and performance in production.
- Drive innovation through research, experimentation, and patentable AI methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and regulatory standards.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or Generative AI.
- Proven track record of building and deploying AI/ML models in production.
- Experience with large-scale healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, clinical text).
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in healthcare analytics, clinical decision support, or revenue cycle management.
- Contributions to AI research, patents, or peer-reviewed publications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML deployment.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED CT).
