As a Data Scientist at Roadzen, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to inform critical business decisions and drive key outcomes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive impactful business solutions.
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to optimize product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data-gathering techniques.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to extract valuable insights from diverse datasets.
- Utilize predictive modeling to optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other critical business outcomes.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor their performance.
- Create and maintain processes and tools to monitor model accuracy and ensure data integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product development and optimization.
- Proficiency in using statistical languages such as R, Python, and SQL to manipulate data and derive actionable insights from large datasets.
- Experience working with and creating data architectures.
- Proven experience in image classification, segmentation, detection, and other vision-related problems, with a deep understanding of deep learning models.
- Familiarity with frameworks and libraries such as Torch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, PIL, FastAPI/Flask (for deployment), SQL, Docker, and Version Control systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across various teams.
- A strong drive to continuously learn and master new technologies and techniques in the data science field.
