Role Summary

In the role of Data Operations Support Analyst, you will be instrumental in executing data management tasks that uphold the integrity and accuracy of the organization’s data systems. Your responsibilities include performing meticulous data entry, validation, and quality assurance checks to support business operations. You will assist in developing reports and dashboards that provide visibility into data quality and operational performance, contributing to the continuous improvement of data processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Maintenance:
  • Accurately enter and update data within organizational databases and systems.
  • Perform routine data maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct quality checks on data entries to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and report data anomalies or inconsistencies.
  • Support Operational Processes:
  • Assist in supporting operational workflows by resolving data discrepancies and issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data operations.
  • Report Development:
  • Help develop reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and operational performance.
  • Assist in data analysis tasks to support business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements and innovations.
  • Provide feedback on data operations processes and suggest enhancements.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proficient in accurate data entry and routine maintenance tasks.
