- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in STEM, Business, or a related field (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Optional: Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SAP Datasphere
- Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with others
- Excellent interpersonal skills
