ISG has created an ISG Data Group (IDG) to provide single point of accountability for the full spectrum of data related commercial initiatives. This ranges from the defensive risk reduction aspects of data security (both internal and external), through operational efficiency from improving data quality, to helping enhance revenue through further leveraging our data assets for providing services to our clients.
Primary Responsibilities
The Data Integrity Team (DIG) as part of IDG continuously strives to keep the client contact (individual), client (company)
and employee coverage database correct and up-to-date. They assist with data maintenance, cleansing, mining, pooling
and mapping efforts.

and employee coverage database correct and up-to-date. They assist with data maintenance, cleansing, mining, pooling
and mapping efforts.
Job Responsibilities Include
- Co-ordinating with sales / business divisions, IT teams and Operations to realign firm systems / reports following corporate actions.
- Managing workflow tools, data integrity reports, CRM requests, user queries, etc
- Managing and handling ad hoc projects as per business unit requirement
- Demonstrating efficiency and innovation while proposing solutions and in implementing controls to reduce data issues and improve data quality by engaging with technology, stakeholders and other global partners.
- Validating and setting up clients in Firm’s customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Maintaining Org / Desk structure & employee client coverage
- Responsible for working with Stakeholders and Team to define and establish strategy and approach for data clean up, maintenance and quality control
- Responsible for identifying and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes, and standards.
- Graduate with 5–6 years of professional experience
- Some experience in project management
- Proven expertise in data analysis, including data quality, cleaning, extraction, and validation tools
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills, with the ability to take on increasing responsibilities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
- Skilled in data reporting, root cause analysis, and quality improvement
- A team player with strong organisational, team-building, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule
- Experience in Client Reference Data
- Basic understanding of AI tools and proficiency in Power BI for reporting and dashboard development
