We are looking for a passionate Data Engineering & Data Visualization Led to join our team and help us leverage data to improve our products and customer experiences.

Position Overview:

The Data Engineering & Data Visualization Lead will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy, developing scalable data pipelines, and creating insightful visualizations to support decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities are as follows:

Data Engineering:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Azure and Databricks for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Implement best practices for data management, including data governance, security, and compliance.
  
  

Data Visualization:

• Lead the development of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Gen 2 that provide insights into business performance and market behaviour.
• Create compelling visualizations that communicate complex data in an accessible manner.
  
  

Technology and Innovation:

• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and visualization, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities within the organization.
• Drive innovation by exploring new methodologies for data analysis and visualization.
  
  

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering and data visualization, with a proven track.
• Proficiency in Microsoft data bricks & and Power BI Gen 2.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and PySpark programming skills
• Proficiency with data architecture and data processing tools.
• Certifications preferred: Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer Associate [DP-700] or Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate / Professional & Microsoft Power BI (PL-300) certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
