Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a curious and analytical Data & Analytics Intern with a strong interest in data-driven problem solving and automation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understands numbers and logic well, and is keen to automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency.

The intern will work closely with senior team members to analyze data, generate insights, and support automation initiatives using tools and basic programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize raw data from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and basic statistical analysis to identify patterns and trends.
• Prepare structured reports, summaries, and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Use Excel extensively for data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, and visual analysis.
• Support automation of manual or repetitive tasks using tools such as Power Automate or scripting.
• Assist in developing simple scripts or logic using Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Create basic dashboards or visual reports using any suitable tool (Power BI or alternatives, as required).
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mathematical aptitude and logical reasoning.
• Understanding basic data analysis concepts and problem-solving techniques.
• Good command of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data cleaning).
• Basic knowledge of automation concepts and workflow-based tools.
• Introductory programming knowledge in Python, SQL, or any scripting language.
• Ability to analyze data and explain findings clearly.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and work independently when required.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Exposure to real datasets or academic projects in data analytics.
