Job Overview

Under guidance, performs data analytics activities related to complex business problems and issues to provide insight to decision makers. May provide analytic support for internal project teams and for external client consulting or services engagements.

Essential Functions

  • Digitize the informed consent form by performing the content/data entry by executing the basic HTML coding to mimic the source ICF.
  • Perform the tier quality controls steps to ensure accuracy and consistency with the source ICF and the standards.
  • Seamlessly manage the workload using the task management system by adhering to the queue standards.
  • Plan and prioritize the delivery by reviewing the escalations and directives from the trainers and managers as communicated by the study team.
  • Collaborate with customer success and operations team, project management and other teams to enhance the process and keep the documentations updated real time.
  • Conduct and document the quaterly CS team internal audits to ensure the quality of the delivery and review scope of process enhancements.
  • Confirm document and system adaptability and functionality for eConsent sites.
  • Act as an SME for eConsent in liaison with the customer success and operations team in relation to the content.
  • Provide complete consent access to the Sponsors, sites, and other study team members by adhering to the instructions in task management system.
  • Conduct quaterly access review of the user access tasks to ensure accurate documentation and appropriate access.
  • Proactively suggest process improvement ideas to effectively manage delivery timelines and quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Req
  • 1-3 years of previous professional experience preferably working with pharmaceutical data. Req
  • Data analysis skills and working knowledge of Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access).
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of the business.
  • Knowledge of the methods, tools and techniques related to one’s functional area.
  • Knowledge of the industry and an understanding of the marketplace.
  • Effective time management skills.
