Job Summary

The Data Analyst - Procurement & Supply Chain will be responsible for analyzing and

interpreting data to support procurement and supply chain activities. This role will involve identifying

cost-saving opportunities, optimizing supplier performance, and enhancing supply chain efficiency

through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate and present reports to support decision-making processes in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Support Global supply chain activities, including Vendor Managed inventory planning, logistics optimization, and forecasting requirement plan with Plants.
  • Conduct spend analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports using AI Tools.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience 5-7 years in relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in procurement and supply chain functions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g.,Qlik, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement principles, supply chain management, and Global logistics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software (Jaggaer).
  • Certification in supply chain management or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CSCP).
