Key Expected Achievements
- A needs analysis is carried out and, if necessary, a specification sheet is drawn up.
- Relevant Data to meet simple or new needs are identified, collected, cleaned and prepared for analysis.
- Basic trends and patterns are identified.
- Relationships/indexes between data are defined in case of new requirements.
- Data are analyzed and shared in an accessible format to the dedicated target through data visualizations.
- Recommendations are made to the stakeholders, based on the data analysis, to create value.
- Company offers, services or processes are improved through knowledge gained with data analysis.
- Group prescriptions on ethics and data governance (including data security, quality, consistency, integrity and confidentiality) are enforced and respected.
- Accurate documentation of processes and analyses is maintained and good practices are shared internally.
