Requirement:

• Develop a deep understanding of organizational data architecture, sources, and tables
• by collaborating with technology teams and business stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and detailed reports to track product
• performance, KPIs, and business health.
• Implement and optimize automated reporting processes to improve
• efficiency and accuracy of data delivery.
• Analyze large volumes of customer and product data using analytical tools to uncover
• insights, identify opportunities, and drive decision-making.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to support product development and
• continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets and translate them into
• actionable business strategies.
• Communicate findings clearly through data storytelling, visualizations, and
• presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in lending start-ups/ Fintech/ Neo bank with Strong analytical, numerical, research and problem solving skills
• Hands on experience in using SQL, Python, Pandas, Excel
