You will be reporting to the Sr. Manager, Data Insights. You will work remotely.
The Data Analyst will work with diverse stakeholder groups and teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge.
- You will work in close collaboration with technical and functional teams globally while supporting the data team to meet objectives
- You will clean and transform large datasets for analysis from multiple sources using tools at hand (Python / Power BI Query Editor / SQL / Alteryx)
- You will manage the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data by taking ownership
- You will design engaging, easy-to-interpret reporting dashboards and visualisations in Power BI at daily, weekly, or monthly levels
- You will create end-to-end automation (from sourcing data to publishing dashboards) to reduce manual efforts in maintaining the BI solutions (Power BI Servers / SharePoint / PowerApps / Cloud DB)
- You will present complex technical solutions in simple language to our users by identifying insights, patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies, and trends
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Data/BI Analyst supporting data-driven decisions with the help of technology
- Proficient at creating complex yet visually appealing Power BI dashboards with custom formulae using DAX, and Query Editor.
- SQL experience in querying large datasets; creating & maintaining views
- Hands-on with Python / Alteryx / R to create data transformation solutions
- Should be highly proficient in Excel (can perform complex functions) tools
- Experience working on any cloud technology like Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP
- Experience working in an Agile Sprint environment
- Knowledge of Git and JIRA.
