Internship Opportunity:

We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern who is passionate about working with data, discovering patterns, and helping solve business problems. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from Bangalore, Indore, or remotely. Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing data to improve our talent matching process.
• Help identify trends and insights from large sets of data related to customer behavior, job roles, pricing, and locations.
• Support the team in building reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Contribute to improving our strategy by analyzing which clients and roles are the right fit for us.
• Work closely with senior analysts to refine our hiring and business strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with data and solving problems.
• Familiarity with data tools like Excel, SQL, or any analytics software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

Preferred:

• Some experience in data analysis, either through coursework or previous internships.
• Interest in the recruitment or IT staffing industry is a plus.
