Job Description

Adobe Workfront Senior Developer

Experience:

Total : 5+ on Adobe AEM and Adobe Workfront

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions based on Adobe AEM and Adobe Workfront
• Lead complex implementation of AEM integrated with Workfront, Email, and internal systems.
• Lead the design, development, integration, and administration of Workfront for enterprise clients.
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
• Migrate existing functionality to AEM and Workfront
• Onboarding new user groups to the tool and process, leveraging change management best practices
• Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
• Experience in a fast paced Agile Scrum Delivery Team environment
• Required to perform management and hands-on software design, development, and review
• Showcase strong leadership skills, including the ability to deliver constructive feedback and the ability to lead by example
• Work on estimating development tasks
• Manage and/or being managed by remote teams/offices
  
  

Knowledge and Skill:

• Development & Administration experience with Adobe Workfront platform.
• Experience leading complex marketing process conversations to help drive workflow designs
• Experience integrating Workfront with CMS and cross-channel campaign execution systems
• Planning, strategizing and developing for the platform and the necessary integrations.
• Experience working on the Latest AEM and Adobe Workfront platform
• Experience in setting up and configuring Adobe Workfront platform
• Experience with other suite of products (Analytics, Target, DTM, Campaign, Audience Manager) is preferred.
• Working knowledge and understanding of the following: Apache, App server logs, RESTful web services, Javascript and jQuery
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
• Familiarity with basic Linux or Unix concepts and commands
• Good communication and teamwork skills
