What you’ll do

As a member of our team, you will:

• Work with the users of the Mesh platform to resolve their queries and offer them timely after-sales support over chat and email
• Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
• Create and update documentation based on customer interactions.
• Work actively with account CSMs
• Develop excellent product knowledge in quick time
• Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value
• Work with multiple internal teams at Mesh (Sales, Product, Support, Engineering, Pre-sales etc.)
  
  
  

What you'll need

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years of experience in similar roles; experience as a support professional in customer-facing role at B2B SaaS company is a big plus!
• Any background in HR technology products or HR processes will be an added advantage
• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member
• Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects.
• Knowledge of Zendesk/Freshdesk is a plus.
