Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Assist customers with service bookings, complaints, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with mechanics and the operations team for smooth service execution.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and resolve any issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support.
- Work in a rotational week-off setup and manage workload effectively.
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and data entry.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes.
