Customer Support Representative (Night Shift) in Chennai, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing solutions and alternatives when possible
• Provide product information, troubleshooting, and technical support to customers
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Identify and report recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to products/services
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services, policies, and procedures
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and resolution targets
