• Provide support to customers and help them resolve any technical issues they face with our products.
• Assist in documenting customer interactions and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly through various communication channels such as chat, email, or phone calls.
• Collaborate with the tech team to address and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their technical issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the support provided.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance customer support skills and knowledge of the company's products.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the necessary channels for quick resolution.
