Key Responsibilities
- Resolve chats raised by the customers through their app which requires coordination between the pickup and delivery executives and stores.
- Deal with situations where the customer may raise a ticket for the following reasons: Order status, cancellation, delivery instruction, location issue, etc.
- Work on an inbound chat to provide support in the customer service activity by answering customers and making outcalls to PDPs or stores related to their orders.
- Establish relationships and trust with customers/PDPs/stores by ensuring qualitative service required.
